Product introduction
This machine is mainly used to grind cylindrical parts with a diameter of 2~40mm. It is suitable for pipes with high processing accuracy requirements and large grinding batches.
Functional features
① The grinding wheel spindle bearing adopts a five-piece dynamic pressure bearing, which has large load-bearing capacity, good rigidity and stable rotation;
② The working speed of the guide wheel adopts variable frequency stepless speed change, which is convenient for selecting the appropriate speed for parts with different diameters;
③ The guide wheel can rotate horizontally in the horizontal plane. When grinding conical parts, the grinding wheel can be trimmed into a cone;
④ The longitudinal movement of the grinding wheel dresser and the guide wheel dresser is hydraulically driven, with uniform speed, high precision, and can reduce the labor intensity of the operator;
⑤ The letter-shaped guide rails of the two dressers adopt double V-shaped steel ball structure guide rails, which are sensitive, high precision, and long life;
⑥ The feed movement adopts a needle guide rail, which has the characteristics of sensitive movement, high movement precision, and long life. The feed mechanism adopts a differential screw with a simple structure and easy operation.

Follow-up services

Inspection Services
