Product introduction

This machine is mainly used for rolling the tip of the fishing rod for table fishing, stream fishing and lure fishing.

Functional features

① The center of gravity of the upper plate can be moved horizontally to ensure that when rolling different lengths of rods, the upper plate and the core mold are tightly pressed and the small end does not fall empty;

② Infrared positioning rod release can ensure that the position is uniform each time the core mold is released, and the center line is parallel to the rotation center line of the lower plate;

③ The center position of the lower plate corner circle can be moved, thereby changing the length of the lower plate rotation radius to obtain a motion trajectory that matches the mold taper;

④ The electrical control system adopts touch screen and PLC program control. Parameters such as coiling speed, coiling stroke, heating temperature, etc. can be set through the touch screen; double start button, two-handed operation coiling start to ensure operator safety.
