Product introduction

The three-roller tube rolling machine is a semi-automatic rolling production equipment for large-diameter carbon fiber and glass fiber shaft tube products. It is used to realize the rolling and stacking of resin prepreg and other materials on the tubular core mold, improve the material rolling compactness, work efficiency and product quality, reduce labor intensity and production costs, and is suitable for mass production of large-diameter shaft and tube products.

Functional features

① The tube rolling method adopts a three-roller structure. Two sets of active rubber rollers are installed on the table, driven by a reducer, with variable speed and stepless speed regulation, and the forward and reverse directions can be adjusted. The distance between the two rubber rollers can be adjusted synchronously by the forward and reverse screws;

② The upper rubber roller is installed on the crossbeam, and the two ends are connected by cylinders to move up and down, guided by linear guides, and the falling pressure and speed can be adjusted;

The crossbeam is also equipped with an auxiliary pressure roller, which is directly driven by a cylinder, positioned by a guide rod, and moved up and down. The pressure in the middle of the upper roller is increased to make the rolling pressure uniform, and the rolling is tight without wrinkles.

Installation and commissioning

We will send technicians to install and debug the equipment and train personnel to operate free of charge.

Warranty Service

During the warranty period (one year), due to the damage caused by the quality of the equipment (except for improper operation and maintenance and normal wear and tear of wearing parts), we provide completely free service. (Including labor costs, spare parts and other related ancillary costs)

Follow-up services

We provide customers with lifelong maintenance services, outside the warranty period, if you have a request for our door-to-door service, we will be timely door-to-door in response to the appointment, we will charge a reasonable labor hourly fee, spare parts cost and related ancillary costs.

Inspection Services

We will organize after-sales service personnel from time to time, in the case that you do not require door-to-door equipment overhaul and maintenance.
