Product introduction
This machine uses the upper and lower plates to roll. The upper plate is driven by a main cylinder to move up and down, and an auxiliary downward pressure cylinder on each side presses down at the same time. While the upper plate is lengthened and enlarged, the pressure on the upper plate is balanced. It is mainly used to roll carbon fiber and glass fiber tubes with large diameters and long lengths.
Functional features
① The frame adopts a gantry structure with high strength and good stability;
② The upper plate is pressed down by three sets of cylinders, and the downward pressure can be adjusted separately, which solves the problem of high pressure in the middle and low pressure at both ends when rolling with traditional single-cylinder pipe rolling machines, and can ensure that the overall pipe is rolled tightly and evenly;
③ The lower plate transmission system adopts a ball screw transmission system, variable frequency speed regulation, stable transmission, and independent speed regulation for reciprocating, fast rolling speed, and high work efficiency;
④ The electrical control system adopts relay control, and parameters such as pipe rolling speed and heating temperature can be set through the panel; double start button, two-hand operation to start the pipe rolling to ensure operator safety.

Installation and commissioning
We will send technicians to install and debug the equipment and train personnel to operate free of charge.
Warranty Service
During the warranty period (one year), due to the damage caused by the quality of the equipment (except for improper operation and maintenance and normal wear and tear of wearing parts), we provide completely free service. (Including labor costs, spare parts and other related ancillary costs)
Follow-up services
We provide customers with lifelong maintenance services, outside the warranty period, if you have a request for our door-to-door service, we will be timely door-to-door in response to the appointment, we will charge a reasonable labor hourly fee, spare parts cost and related ancillary costs.
Inspection Services
We will organize after-sales service personnel from time to time, in the case that you do not require door-to-door equipment overhaul and maintenance. When you need to replace the spare parts, we will only charge the cost of spare parts, do not charge the cost of labor and other related auxiliary costs.
