Product introduction

This machine rolls the cut cloth onto a conical mold by squeezing and rolling the upper and lower plates. It is a professional machine tool for rolling carbon cloth or fiberglass cloth. It is suitable for the production of hollow rods such as fishing rods, golf clubs, and billiard clubs. Functional features

① The lower plate adopts a piano-key structure, aluminum alloy key strips, evenly arranged, bottom silicone airbags, adjustable inflation pressure, soft elasticity of the keys, ensuring that the keys match the taper of the mold; the lower plate transmission system adopts a ball screw transmission system, variable frequency speed regulation, smooth transmission, and independent speed regulation for reciprocating, fast rolling speed, and high work efficiency;

② The electrical control system adopts touch screen and PLC program control. Parameters such as tube winding speed, tube winding stroke, and heating temperature can all be set through the touch screen; double start button, two-hand operation tube winding start to ensure operator safety.
