Product introduction

Functional characteristics

① Each guide roller is made of aluminum alloy, with anodized surface hardening treatment, light weight, smooth rotation, and low mechanical resistance; the air expansion shaft is made of heavy-duty steel; the heating roller is made of high-quality carbon steel;

② The gap of the composite heating roller is adjusted by a servo motor, and the gap control accuracy is: 0.001mm;

③　The pre-impregnated hot roller group is composed of 4 groups of hot pressing rollers and 3 groups of hot plates. Each group of rollers can independently adjust the roller pressure;

④　The horizontal vibration mechanism and the upper and lower vibration mechanism of the rolling device are driven by servo motors. The height of the yarn spreading roller is adjusted by the lifting device to apply a certain tension to the carbon yarn. The tension of the yarn is balanced to achieve good yarn spreading quality and reduce carbon filament damage;

⑤　The laminating roller is composed of a set of steel rollers and a set of rubber rollers. It is installed after the compounding. The upper release paper is rolled and peeled off by the upper paper collection device. After that, the PE film is coated through this device to protect the prepreg;

⑥ The traction roller is composed of two sets of rubber rollers for material traction;

⑦ The winding adopts double winding mode, which can be wound continuously, pneumatic tensioning, and adjustable torque;

⑧ The rise and fall of the hot pressing composite roller, laminating roller, and traction roller of the whole machine are driven by the air pressure control system, and the pressure reducing valve is adjusted;

⑨ The equipment uses a touch screen as the human-machine interface, which is easy and intuitive to operate. It can centrally control the production speed, roller temperature, tension control, etc., and has a complete alarm system.

Installation and commissioning

We will send technicians to install and debug the equipment and train personnel to operate free of charge.

Warranty Service

During the warranty period (one year), due to the damage caused by the quality of the equipment (except for improper operation and maintenance and normal wear and tear of wearing parts), we provide completely free service. (Including labor costs, spare parts and other related ancillary costs)

Follow-up services

We provide customers with lifelong maintenance services, outside the warranty period, if you have a request for our door-to-door service, we will be timely door-to-door in response to the appointment, we will charge a reasonable labor hourly fee, spare parts cost and related ancillary costs.

Inspection Services

We will organize after-sales service personnel from time to time, in the case that you do not require door-to-door equipment overhaul and maintenance. When you need to replace the spare parts, we will only charge the cost of spare parts, do not charge the cost of labor and other related auxiliary costs.
