Product introduction
This equipment mainly uses epoxy resin and phenolic resin solution impregnation process to pre-impregnate glass fiber and carbon fiber fabrics with resin. After impregnation, the solvent is dried through a drying system to make the fabric reach a semi-dry state. This equipment can realize continuous impregnation, curing and winding of various fiber cloths with different resin content requirements, and the operation is safe and reliable.
Functional features
① Single-station air expansion shaft unwinding, manual tension control;
② Glue dipping device, the rubber extrusion tank is made of 304 stainless steel; the rubber extrusion roller system uses 2 sets of precision chrome-plated steel rollers, which are pressed up and down, the position of the lower roller is fixed, the upper roller has an adjustable stroke and the cylinder pulls it up and down, and the extrusion gap is adjustable; The glue tank can be pushed and pushed out, and a valve is installed at the glue outlet to facilitate the release of glue liquid and cleaning liquid;
③ The drying furnace uses electric heating, and the hot air is circulated internally by dual fans and dual air ducts in the furnace, which has a significant energy saving effect;
④ Traction roller set. The upper roller of the roller set is a rubber roller and the lower roller is a steel roller. A cylinder is used to provide downward pressure, and the roller gap is manually adjusted;
⑤ The winding device adopts double stations, driven by a motor and reducer, the electromagnetic clutch adjusts the tension, the air expansion shaft rotates and winds up, and the cloth edges are neat and even in tension;
⑥ The electrical control system adopts a mode of centralized control by an independent main control box and synchronous control of both ends of the rewinding and unwinding, which is convenient for the operator to control quickly;

Installation and commissioning

Warranty Service
During the warranty period (one year), due to the damage caused by the quality of the equipment (except for improper operation and maintenance and normal wear and tear of wearing parts), we provide completely free service. (Including labor costs, spare parts and other related ancillary costs)
Follow-up services
We provide customers with lifelong maintenance services, outside the warranty period, if you have a request for our door-to-door service, we will be timely door-to-door in response to the appointment, we will charge a reasonable labor hourly fee, spare parts cost and related ancillary costs.
Inspection Services
We will organize after-sales service personnel from time to time, in the case that you do not require door-to-door equipment overhaul and maintenance. When you need to replace the spare parts, we will only charge the cost of spare parts, do not charge the cost of labor and other related auxiliary costs.
