"China Fishing Tackle City Expo City" is located in the central hinterland of the new industrial district, invested and constructed by Weihai Fishing Tackle Capital Investment Co., Ltd. With a total investment of 3 billion yuan, the project will be divided into three phases: the first phase will focus on the construction of trade city, e-commerce center, museum, scientific research center, fishing tackle incubation center and storage and logistics center. At present, the office space has been completed and will be officially put into operation in May next year; the second phase will focus on the construction of science and technology experience hall and exhibition center; the third phase will focus on the construction of fishing gear production and processing area. The first phase has a construction area of 78000 square meters and a total investment of 0.2 billion yuan. It is planned to build an Expo City integrating commerce, e-commerce, warehousing and logistics, scientific research, tourism and exhibition in the next 3 to 5 years.
